Due to the nature of digital marketing services—including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Branding, and Campaign Management—all payments made via our online payment gateway are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered in part or in full.

Cancellations will only be accepted if the work has not yet begun. Once a campaign or service has started, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Smart 5 Solutions will not be responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway, banks, or other third parties involved in the transaction process.
