1. No Refund Policy on Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services—including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Branding, and Campaign Management—all payments made via our online payment gateway are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered in part or in full.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you made an accidental duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Service Not Initiated: If payment was made, but the service was not delivered and no work has been started within 7 working days from the date of payment.
• Service Unavailability: If payment was made for a service that is no longer available or has been discontinued by Smart 5 Solutions.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with full transaction details.

3. Cancellation Requests

Any request to cancel a service must be submitted in writing to our support team at info@smart5solutions.com.

Cancellations will only be accepted if the work has not yet begun. Once a campaign or service has started, no cancellation or refund will be processed.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Smart 5 Solutions will not be responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway, banks, or other third parties involved in the transaction process.
